The data of candidates applying for a job is processed in order to administrate Grupo Iberostar’s job vacancies section and selection processes carried out by, or for, Grupo Iberostar’s companies.
Your data will also be processed in order to keep an updated record of participation in the group’s selection processes, for statistical purposes and for fulfilling our legal obligations.
For specific posts, we may evaluate aptitude profiles of workers and candidates in order to manage employment relationships or when considering them for the selection processes. These profiles are obtained from aptitude tests in which interested parties participate.
The curricula vitae and work profiles of candidates will be forwarded to companies and hotels of Grupo Iberostar that carry out their activity in their country of residence and/or in the countries where the aforementioned candidates have applied for job offers. Registration on the job vacancies section and participation in our selection processes necessarily involves international transfer of your data, whenever the aforementioned companies are located outside the European Economic Area.
The results of the processes you have participated in will be incorporated into your profile in the Grupo Iberostar’s job vacancies section, in order to update the participation record of the Group’s selection processes.
Details regarding your aptitude profile will not be forwarded to other companies in the group, only data relating to suitability or non-suitability of your profile for the post.
We will not forward your data to third parties outside of Grupo Iberostar, except in order to comply with legal obligations or with your prior consent.

The legal grounds for production of statistics is founded on our legitimate interest in evaluating the efficiency of our selection processes.
